Yes, I can ping them all from my computer. I can log into their web interfaces by going to their IPs in a browser (same computer) and can view them in Blue Iris (same computer). It's just ODM that cannot find them in discovery mode or manually.
ODM only seems to see cameras attached to my main network. I recently installed a second NIC and attached all my cameras to that NIC on their own network. However, ODM doesn't seem to find them, and can't find them even if I put in their IP's manually. I've seen other ONVIF software that has...
I have a cheap chinese camera (I know, I know) that was giving me the perfect exposure for night time LPR. I wanted to run one the other direction down the street, so I bought a second (presumably identical camera) which has the same physical outside appearance, but has a slightly different...
I do all cams 24/7 + motion. Mainly because I've had a few instances where the motion didn't trigger for some reason, so I want the continuous footage -- but I want the ease of reviewing that motion provides. It's all through BI -- haven't gotten into NVRs yet!
So that's where you can push commands in BI! I figured there had to be a place to push commands on some type of schedule, but never seemed to see it referred to anywhere. Thanks guys!
I'm adjusting in the camera's web interface and watching the update on the BI stream. The update occurs when I manually change exposure, or change it to auto (with the defined min/max) -- it's just not the correct min/max... or at least it doesn't seem to be. For instance, if I set it to auto...
It's for license plates. Right now, I've got two cameras (one is basically dedicated for night and the other for day). Between the two, I get great shots on the respective cameras for most of their respective coverage times, but the twilight hours (the crossover) and extremely overcast days...
Is it possible to change the SS/Exposure of a camera based on a schedule for time of day through ONVIF? I can manually change the SS/Exposure through my camera's web interface, but in ONVIF device manager, the values are grayed out. Are there other apps/generic software that allow adjusting...
I've got several cheap Chinese IP cams with this web-interface (see pic). If I change the "Exposure Mode" to a desired shutter speed, that seems to work correctly. However, if I try to use the "Minimum" and "Maximum" auto mode, it doesn't seem to stay within the range I specify. Am I...
