Swann NHD-875ER help - and hello!
It sounds like the firmware update may have bricked your Swann NHD-875ER cameras. Since Swann replaced them, they likely considered them unrecoverable, but there are a few things you can try to get them working again: Power Cycle – Unplug and reconnect.
