    [HELP] 7616NI-E2/P8 won't detect DS-2CD3335-I camera

    I am facing the same issue. I got the cameras a few hours back and after connecting the camera, the IR light comes on, but not detectected by 7616NI-E2/P8 (3.3.1). No idea what the problem is. I do not have a power cable for the cameras (DS-2cd3335-i) either. The NVR works with another hikvision...
