    Ok,did another reboot and nothing happened. I went to my PTZ options,clicked tour,hit start and it is working again. What could have caused that?

    Think mine was around 10 or 15 seconds. Yeah, if there was a way around the limit, that would have been great.

    It's around 3 years old. Yes, scan/tour/cycle was set. Model is SD49225XAHNR I did try a reboot, but nothing. I Haven't checked to see if manual movement works, but will check. It's run 24/7 for 3 years, so it may be shot.

    My Loryta PTZ isn't moving. The video stream is OK, it's just not tracking, etc. I emailed Andy to see if you knew anything to check. Anybody have any ideas as to what it may be?

    Ok,I'm having a PTZ moment. Help me out!

    I need to change my Intrusion settings on my SD49225XA-HNR,but I forgot how to stop it from moving from point to point,so I can set it. How do I stop/pause it? I have run this 24/7 for 3 years and not had to adjust it. I probably Jinxed the camera now.:D

    Recording Issue

    Finally got around to see what was going on and some how the hard drive was set to turn off after a certain amount of time. I changed to to "Never" and things are back to normal.

    Yeah,spam was first thing checked. Not there. I even created a new "less secure password" and still not working.

    I rememeber this being an issue a while back and now it's happening again. Nothing has changed in the email settings. I can do a test email and it succeeds,but I never get the actual email test. Anybody have this happening again? Has something changed....again?
