    Hi my friends, i'm new in the forum. A friend of mine gifted me a hikvision dvr model DS-7216HGHI-K1 And he doesnt remember the patter and the password he used on it, its possible reset that password using any tool? Thanks

    Exported video aspect ratio 4:3 instead of 16:9

    I have the same problem buddy, the video exports as 4:3
