    Thanks guys. Yes, I do want the UI to start. I'm still very much a newby with Blue Iris. I'm traveling for the next few days but I'll read through that thread as soon as I get a chance.

    I want BI to automatically start after bootup. I have it set to run as a service in the settings and I have a shortcut to BI added to the windows startup folder. Still it doesn't start after boot. What am I missing?

    Yeah, I figured out about using a NUC. I did order a PC off Ebay. It's described like this --> Dell Optiplex 5060 i7-8700 16GB Ram -512GB SSD + 2TB HDD Win 11 It was $300.
