Thanks. The odd thing is mouse scrolling works while page is loading, but once fully loaded it stops working. Is there some script that overrides it? Using the mouse to drag the scroll bar up and down works, just using the mouse wheel stops working. I am running Chrome with uBlock and uMatrix.

Anyone else find their scroll wheel doesn't work on the new website?

I just want to comment that first time I viewed the Clip Storage tab, graphs made no sense. After clicking the Repair DB button the graphs appeared correctly but I had lost all the alerts.

Hi Alberto, The instructions are for the 4300C not the S. Have you searched for how to factory reset that camera? I just found this link http://www.cam-it.org/index.php?topic=6359.0 which mentions there is a reset button near the lens. "take the lens cap off and u will see the reset button"

Thanks. I tried adjusting all the settings to see if I could trigger any change but no luck. Definitely looks to be a hardware issue. I'll have to take it down and open it up. Thank you for your help.

Hi fenderman, I powered it off for 15 min, but after starting it back up the screen was still mostly dark and it appears IR Cut is still locked on. Thanks for the suggestion, but looks like I will need to try something else. Any other ideas would be most welcome. Thanks.

Thanks Fenderman. I have rebooted it from within the web interface, but have not completely killed power, waited and restored. I will try that tonight and report back. I also tried tapping body in case it was slightly stuck, but that seemed to have no effect.
