    yes, but I it's not showing up in the HDD section to be selected for format.

    Lorex support said - please purchase HDD from us. I attached both hard drives to PC, but it says - uninitialized. I don't know if my enclosure is wrong or it's because it's windows. What format should it be for Lorex?

    I have swapped the drives back and forth I believe already 5 times. Old one is working fine, new one is not visible at all. Old one was formatted previously by Amcrest, that should be the same format as for lorex as they both resellers for dacia, right?

    Hi everyone, I have lorex N843A8 and I'm trying to upgrade HDD there from 2 TB to 4 tb. new one is not visible by the system at all - I go to HDD info and it's not there. 4 tb I got is WD40PURX, I took it from old recorder - amcrest - that does not support 4k cameras - and it was working...
