    I noticed this in the past as well: Problem was caused by some "security" on my android, prohibiting the app to have access to the mic. After allowing this, dmss was working fine again.

    No. But you don't know, what is set in the VTH without exporting the configuration. To work clearly, you have to set the same codec and frequency on both devices.     I'd say that sounds like a hardware issue. Try cleaning the microphone inside the vto or replace it, if it doesn't help.

    I have a couple of VTO2000A's as SIP ext. on asterisk and unify pbx's. As sw is from same generation, VTO3211 should work fine.
