    My user is a non Microsoft account. When I go to services / properties / Log On / This account is: .\Richard I've re-entered my password and confirmed.

    I'm not attempting to store or do anything yet. This is a fresh install with no cameras.

    That doesn't work. I'm starting from scratch. Install BI, goto settings / startup and tell it to run as a service. It asks for my windows login which I provide. After that, I can't get in.
