    I'd ask whoever you bought the camera from. It's their responsibility to support their products. They should be more than willing to do so.

    I believe this is the latest file for this camera. Do not use the one recommended from Dahua site. DH_SD-Mao-Rhea_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_IVS_V2.800.0000000.4.R.191105.bin Mine's an S2 fwiw. Ask Andy for it and verify it's for your camera. I don't want to be responsible for bricking a bunch...
