Ok thanks. I tried Hikvision but then when using the Hikvision config what it provides is a set of presets on the PTZ control window. How is the blue iris user interface, is it simple and functional? I'm really only looking for simple and functional PTZ, not a bunch of other features.

I've connected iSpy to my mini PTZ 10x camera, mostly for controlling the PTZ. The default DIGITAL PTZ control sort of works, but is not very responsive. iSpy has a big list of camera make/models but Huisun isn't listed. Although the "DIGITAL" mode works, I was trying to find another...

I used the same url link to order, if there are indeed 2 models then something on their end got reversed. I used the same link, and the cost was exactly the same. Going back to the link (that's provided on my order confirmation), it has all the details and the picture does show all cables...

Has anyone seen the same? This is the 2nd Huisun PTZ I purchased. The first had 4 cables (Eth, 12V power, audio, alarm). I just got my 2nd camera and all it has is Eth and 12V. That makes no sense! Ricardo

Logging in via the browser to control the camera, is it possible to configure the camera to allow for auto login? I don't want to have the browser use it's own auto-login (save passwords), unless it's possible to do that only for the camera IP address. I don't know how to turn on the auto-login...

Thanks, that's an idea. I was just wondering if there's any other application that can be used only for PTZ, so it also wouldn't take up too much real estate since I'm viewing on the computer and have another application doing the streaming.
