Thanks Mike that fixed it. When I use the explorer I can see the plate being identified but its not showing up in my list of vehicle alerts so I can search by the plate number? At one point it showed up so I could search the plate number to find all those recordings?
Need help! License plate reading was working perfectly and then I updated something and now its broke again.
When I use the explorer and put a plate in it says no predictions found. The plate text no longer shows in my alerts on the left of the car snapshots.
I am seeing this error in the logs...
When I upload an image in the lpr explorer it does the same thing that happens when a car drives by and here's what is in the logs:
17:19:04:Object Detection (YOLOv5 6.2): Detecting using license-plate
17:19:04:Response rec'd from Object Detection (YOLOv5 6.2) command 'custom' (...87949d)...
Yes sir, uninstalled and reinstalled after rebooting...etc. I will uninstall and reinstall again.

Looking further I am still seeing this error in the logs when a car goes by and the LPR module is actually stopping itself:
15:16:11:ALPR_adapter.py: Could not locate cublasLt64_12.dll. Please make sure it is in your library path!
Here's the info you requested:
Module 'License Plate Reader'...
I have two cameras both the Dahua cameras.
Models or modules? Sorry, just confirming... I have four modules installed:
Face Processing Running/Started
Object Detection (YOLOv5.net) Stopped
Object Detection (YOLOv5 6.2) Running/Started
License Plate Reader Running/Started
