    I bought the RCA branded version off ebay for $75 shipped. There are many using these with BI.

    So none of those ideas worked with said password. I chose "LTS" under the camera make, with the correct password, and viola it worked. I can even use the RCA app at the same time (even when you're not home), which lets you talk to someone when they press the button.

    The password is the one used to set up the RCA app? That's what I've been trying.

    Thanks for the quick replies, fellas. I tried both ways, and none worked. Even tried combinations. I just get "Error: 8000007a (Check Port/User/Password) 0" I realize I'm a completely new to all this, so I may need a little more direction. I have three cameras (all PoE) connected to BI...

    I just received my doorbell today. It's up, and running with the RCA software. It works pretty well. However, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it into BI with the rest of my cameras. BI finds the camera, but that's about where it ends. What am I missing?

    I have two of their 4mp bullet cameras, the non-round versions. I think they are well made and have a great picture so far. Only time will tell the story of durability.
