    Thanks, I tried to reset to 12345 default pwd but it would not allow (not secure enough?).

    Help please. After having spent DAYS getting my NVR configured and forwarded, it stopped working on iVMS-4500 with no apparent cause. I reconfigured router and the internal NIC settings and now the 8 cameras are not connected. I couldn't find a cause/fix so I did a factory reset on the NVR...
