It is anew cable.i bought it from Best Buy.now I connected with Poe injector with 24v but now it is much better but not 100% so I am getting more power supply injector so it could be solved it. -

I bought it from store and I had old camera with that cable so cable have no issues. -

so I connecetd that ethernet cable with switch so it doesn't have extra power supply. just have power through out ethernet cable. -
