    I currently have a foscam model F19816P V3. We have used this to monitor my son with disabilities while he sleeps due to medical issues. We have always used a spare cellphone(android) at our bed side to monitor him but we recently upgraded to a tablet( iPad mini) Our issue is we get very spotty...
