    So I guess I just had to "type" it out loud. I just figured it out. On both of the systems I was testing it on, neither have the AVX instruction set (it's what I get for having old hardware). I ran the "noavx" version of the docker image and it's working perfectly now. :facepalm:

    Sorry if this post is long. I wanted to include as much detail as possible with the issue I'm having. I can't imagine that I'm the only person having this issue, but I can't seem to find any mentions about it in this thread. For some reason, I can't get the docker image or the Windows install...
