    what is the difficulty in writing to annke technical support and getting the firmware? annke is an OEM assembler of hikvision, as a rule, OEMs do not make firmware publicly available and updates are rare. if you want the functionality of hikvision, then buy it, not annke, 3 times cheaper.

    the camera is good, you don't know how to set it up, don't expect miracles from a budget camera, it's good for the money. in the camera settings, make it 6 MP and you will have 20 frames, you don't need firmware for this. p/s/ write in understandable language next time

    buy a hikvision camera and don't suffer :) if onvif with authorization and other things are so important. you won't make a hikvision camera out of an annke camera, even if you install firmware there. the camera will be defined by hikvision as unrelated to it and will be limited in remote...
