:mad-new: Somewhere around the end of July my old 7108 stopped sending notification emails to me. I've just got a new DS-7716N-E4/16P that I installed and have the same issue. I cant simply send emails from the NVR. The whole point of having it all is to be able to get a notification incase...

I dont have the option on the 7108 to enable or disable attachment. The problem is that the manual says it supposed to work. If I connect a laptop to the nvr Poe switch I can log on to the cameras. But the cams doesn't seem to be able to go outside the nvr. Skickat från min iPhone med Tapatalk

Not the NI version but N (chinese with multilanguage version). Can anyone confirm if youre able to attach an image with the email that is sent out from the NVR? I currently have a 7108SN/P and it that feature doesnt work. I need to get the image with the email to confirm if the alarm is worth...

Tried it on my NVR 7108 and it doesnt work. Itried the SADP tool 2.3.3.6 and the new version 3. Allso with the the older verision 2.1.0.2 and same thing.. password recovery failed. Seems like I have a brick and need to order a new NVR :(

yes, I have a monitor and mouse hooked up to the NVR (upgraded via NVR gui and usb stick.. easy as 1 2 3 thanks to you:) ) option is missing there as well :-/

sorry for flooding this now. I downloaded the latest FW from the chinese hik site. 3.0.17 Upgraded, rebooted and everything is in english? All cameras are connected.. Well, this is great with regards to how many members have had such issues with network missmatch. But Im still missing the one...
