    I have bought and setup the 7608NI-I2 today. However, every now and then, the NVR insits on beeping!! Obviously the hard drive is in and working. It's just every now and then I can hear it go off!! Its got V4. There doesn't seem to be too much written up about it!

    is there anyway to reduce the amount of glare when headlights are facing the camera at night? Maybe to revert to daytime mode when there pointed directly at the camera?

    That’s exactly what I’ve had to do. If I put 1 camera on 6mp it’s so slow really jumpy and freezes

    Hi guys this is my current setup: 1 x DS-7608NI-E2/8P/A (NVR) 2 x DS-2CD2385FWD-I(2.8) 2 x DS-2CD2155FWD-I(2.8mm) I feel i'm not getting the best image quality out of these cameras through this NVR. Would someone be able to suggest an alternative?
