I can understand you, I paid this camera 5€ and is not a money question but now is a personale matter between me and the camera. Do you understand what i mean? Sorry for my bad english

Help me please

I received a NIP02 IP Camera, it will not turn on. I dismountedit and I found a capacitor SMD split and a capacitor missing. Someone can help me to understand the value of the capacitor SMD? Thank you
