    I was able to go into the BI and bypass the login for now and can get into my cameras via the WAN address and port. But still can't get the app to work.

    I got into a BI log-in page by typing my WAN address followed by port :81. However, I typed in my username and password that I set up on the server page on the BI app but it didn't work. I also tried admin/admin.
