    Can't take snapshots from live view of playback i Hikvision DS-764NI-E1/4P

    I went on the web interface and I was able to take snapshots from there, but I didn't see an option to set the path for the jpgs. From the web interface the captures default to this directory: C:/Users/user/USSCWEB/CaptureFiles/...... Still don't know why I can't do it directly from the NVR.....

    Re: Can't take snapshots from live veiw with Hikvision DS-764NI-E1/4P I typed the title of this question incorrectly. I meant to say or playback mode not "in" playback mode. Does anyone have any idea why the snapshot is greyed out in live view? I was able to take a snapshot several weeks ago...

    To male a long story short I am having two problems with my NVR. The first is ever since I began exporting video clips to a USB stick, I cannot playback all 4 cams simultaneously. Even though I have recording on all 4 camera's the 4th camera I choose in playback mode comes up with "no resource"...
