    Thank you for the Video. It looks like the same on my Cam till 1:27. I do not have a hardware NVR. I tried SmartPSS and DSS Express. In DSS Express i can see the search option but there is no result.

    Hello, i have installed a IPC-HFW7842H-Z4. on the cam i have enabled the KI function "Video Metadata" on the DSS i have addet the event Tripwire (Human) and SMD(Human) but if i am looking DeepXplore for revords i can´t find any results. what are i am doing wrong?
