What sip server do you use? Black screen could be a codec issue, try to lower bitrate below 1024 kbps. Also check if it is h264 only (not h263 or vp8). Share your sip server logs. -

I got a dahua vto2111d-p-s2 with 4.511...20211116 firmware and vth2421 monitor I've managed to switch this bell to use my external freepbx/asterisk server. I set up a call group in freepbx that includes the monitor and some softphones so doorpanel calls this group when the button is pressed...
