    Recently got hold of this ANPR camera and I’m struggling to setup using a 2014 MacBook Air. I can get the webpage to load but can’t get a live view. Plugin doesn’t work either Also accessing through the Nvr I can’t set it up either (NVR608) Any help would be appreciated Thanks

    I added the camera manually using the doorbells ip address. Then select Pelco instead of Onvif Enter credentials Encryption off And add You’ll notice red dot goes green but no image. But can be seen via app or computer and it is recording.

    No they are not showing when remotely but are when on LAN. Pics attached Il add im on iOS too il try an android device see if i have same issue.

    Yes I can play remotely I just can’t select the filters that I can if I’m on LAN network

    This only happened since switching nvrs so pretty sure it’s hardware configuration rather than software.

    Hi, does anyone know how to solve this problem on the mobile app regarding filters ie human detection? When connected to lan I have the option to select many filters and when I’m not on lan I don’t have any. System is a NVR608-64-4KS2

    Im also having this issue, ive found when the bell is pressed the motion detection on the dvr/nvr is disabled which is really annoying
