Yes, I recieved this error when downloading from the Internet. Yes, iSpy did not really suit as the quality of the videos that came through was quite bad. Also, the schedule feature to schedule recordings did not work properly.

When using iSpy recording software, in one of my camera systems, the video streams that I generate have a Frame Rate of 1 FPS, so do the recorded videos. Can this be an issue of the computer? CPU usage is normal.
