    I had this issue before and you can find my fix on page 2 of this thread. You may need to reboot the NVR many times until the TFTP server gets picked up. I found that my NVR does not ever work on the first go around. As well, make sure your NVR is not statically addressed.

    As I mentioned in the other thread, I had to downgrade to 2.3.8 to get the cameras viewable from the NVR GUI. I did not pursue the case with Hikvision but you should call them to see if they will fix their software.

    No resolution. I did not pursue the case with Hikvision. As mentioned earlier, they ask a bunch of question before opening a case. You should go ahead and call Hikvision and let us know if they can fix their software.

    Just bumping this thread. Connected via VGA port, I was having the same issue with no visible picture from the GUI. As someone suggested earlier, I may have to downgrade the firmware to 2.3.8 which is pretty disappointing. Has anyone opened a case with Hikvision regarding about this issue?
