    Hi did you try in your camera settings enable DHCP option which is above the IP address. This option set auto IP address for camera. And use the same password for cameras as for nvr to get it to work.

    Hi I had similar problems with my 7604 and when I enabled DHCP instead of Static IP address in NIC Settings of my Hikvision camera and it start working ;-) You have to enable plug and play in your NVR to get POE to work . Let me know if that work for you too?

    How to tell if my NVR is a Hikvision Europe NVR?

    Hi I just updated my NVR 7604 AARR to fw 3.4 and all my ch hikvision multilanguage cam work too as on 3.3.4
