    I have the mentioned camera and something is not right.. I can move the camera (via ptz controls) left and right but not up and down... Is the motor inside for tilting it up and down dead or? I’ve tried resetting it to factory defaults but no luck.. Help?

    About the preset locations.. is it also possible to return to the default preset/location after a few seconds if there's no movement? And is it possible to make it to zoom in after moving to the preset? You know.. to make it as functional as it would have Auto Tracking.. Which cameras DO HAVE...
