    After playing around with Blue Iris for awhile, I was able to get a rock-solid stream my Reolink Doorbell and managed to get a better RTSP steam from my Duo Floodlight. I will be purchasing a license for Blue Iris soon.

    The router doesn't seem to be causing the issue, I plugged the camera and my computer onto the same switch without the router and the issue is still present on the main stream.

    Yes, it plugs into a switch, then router, and onto my computer with Blue Iris. I'm going to change my connections and report back.

    Okay, I downgraded my Duo Floodlight PoE to v3.0.0.1889_23031702 and my Reolink Doorbell WiFi to v3.0.0.3308_2407315182, but I'm still experiencing the same issue on both devices.

    I got the URL from the Reolink support page about setting up RTSP. I did enter the IP, username, password and clicked on the "Find/Inspect" Unfortunately the same thing happens on VLC, so I believe it might be the camera's fault. I'm going to try and downgrade the firmware to see if that helps
