Ive got a Y cam camera and when viewing on clear mode in the hikvision app, half the picture is covered by a green bar, does anyone know what might be causing this? Fluent mode is fine. It used to work ok on all the streams. Picture is attached. Thanks!

Hi, I've got a couple of 3MP Hik Turret EXIR cams and was looking at the 2CD2H85FWD. Has anyone got one and can shed any light as to how it is in low light conditions? I'm interested in the variable focal length on this one. Thanks

I had the same problem, even Hikvision couldn't help! Turns out a firmware update got it working.

It's all down to the bitrate really. The 7608 will do 80Mbps incoming, and 80Mbps outgoing. I think you will struggle with 8 cams @ 1080p, you'd prob need a 16 channel.

The issue you describe above is normal and happens on non 4K web GUIs too.

You can add the cameras separately in the app, but I think the playback will only work if you have an NVR, it will not be able to play from your NAS, I don't believe.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem, the NVR doesn't respond to the remote and I have done the same with the dev button and entering 255. I know the remote is working as I have managed to teach my harmony hub the commands and it received them okay. Hopefully someone may have got one working?

Hi, yes I have tried that. Just find it strange that ODM sees it fine as does my rpi but the NVR isn't having any of it! It's a good camera too, great image quality and also has audio!
