    I think I figured it out... they are moving to 'Cancelled Alerts'. The clip says "AI not responding'.

    It was working fine until 4:47am and we again have the same problem. I also noticed that the Alert clip never shows up in C:\BlueIris\Alerts folder or the 'move to' folder (NAS-Alerts) set in the Settings? each new clip shows on the top, like this... Then 20-30 seconds later, it disappears...

    I had BI5 rebuild the database and it seems to be working... I'll give it a few days to see if it happens again and LYK. thx for the help

    On the left-side Alerts menu, a new Alert will popin/add to the list but then it disappears about 20-30 seconds later? The only Alert that says is the one from 2022 that is 'Flagged' Alert : 'Limit Clip Age' = 7 days thx!

    I want the Alert clips (left-side menu 'Alerts' videos) to be up to 3 mins long. But the Alert recordings are only about 1 second long... What am I missing? My current settings... -Trigger- Break Time End : 60s Break Time Max : 180s -Record- Continuous sub + Triggered Pre-trigger record...

    I just installed today. Wish we could tweak the video settings more like I could with the RCA HSDB2A, but I'm seeing it be more responsive / faster overall. I like the Human detection.

    How are you getting it to connect to the doorbell? I did a 'Manual Add' under 'Modify IP', then went to 'Device Config' (the IP shows there) but when I double click I get an error saying "Not Supported Yet"

    Anyone have this issue? (screenshot from Blue Iris) Soon as I connect to the cam using the EZVIZ Android app, the view goes back to normal... but about 30 seconds after I close the app, it reverts to this 1/4 view. This just started happening after a year of working perfectly on Laview v5.2.4...
