    Main/Substream and poor alert image quality

    I tried everything I could find here and on Reddit. Nothing fixed the issue. I eventually switched to using the camera’s line crossing detection to trigger and then SenseAI on the main stream to verify it’s a person or vehicle. Now I get both image in the email in high res.

    I'm also getting "Alert Sound Error -2147220906" regularly. Anyone know what causes it?

    FYI - Some local Costco B&M have a Lorex / Dahua OEM 4K 6x camera kit and 8 port NVR for $800

    My local CostCo (Carlsbad, CA) said they have them on order and would be getting them in anyway now. So they might just be showing up in some locations.
