Just confirmed, it has always been set as "No". However, I just realised that even though these old clips doesn't have a padlock icon, there're lots of flags on the timeline. Could it be the cause?

Thanks, I'll try that. But looking at the old clips that BI is supposed to delete, they are not protected.

Despite having both size and age options ticked, sometimes BI just doesn't delete old clips. I have tried deleting old clips, repair DB and ticking only "limit size" a few times in the past couple of years, nothing seem to fix the issue permanently. Any help would be appreciated.

You are legend! Disabling UPnP did the trick.

You will need a power supply plugged in and plug the Ethernet cable to your router so SAPD can detect the camera. From there, change camera IP and check if the password on your 3335 is same as your 2232. If not, changing NVR password to 3335 password made them work for me.
