alright so i seemed to fix the issue all you have to do is install ace processing on code project ai. and then stand infront of your camera let it take a few snapshots of yourself once thats done go into code project ai explorer and go to face tab then in face registration you select the... -

hi. im also having an issue where one camera will save UNKNOWN faces but the rest wont save unknown faces to the specified directory. im also getting the same error as trigun no known faces so maybe adding a face wiould solve the issue.
