    Is there a camera that is similar form factor/size and MP as the IPC-HFW1831E but also has a built in MIC? It would need to be able to use the same junction box as the IPC-HFW1831E which is the PFA121. Thanks!

    Recommended CPU

    They're 15fps now so it looks like it can easily handle the 3x, more may or may not be doable if I lower the fps to 10. What happens if the MP/SEC is exceeded?

    I have looked over the hardware wiki for this but i'm still unsure.. I have 3 x 4k cameras and would like to get up to 6-7, with a max of 8 possible. If I have these continuous recording with motion push alerts is a i5-6400/6500 enough cpu power or should I be looking at a i7 minimum to future...

    Thank you! I decided to go a slightly different route with cameras (3x IPC-HFW1831E) from Andy, the 2.8mm just seemed to suit my needs better than the 4mm of the ipcamtalk one. Now into the wonderful world of real ip cams I go!

I decided to start cheap and get some wyzecams with the rtsp firmware and am now wanting something more stable (stupid wifi!) and higher resolution. I'm now looking at POE cameras...
