I have a D-Link 5029L and I noticed when adjusting the PTZ via Blue Iris it moves in large increments, but if I adjust it via the cam's webUI it moves with much finer detail. Is there a way to adjust this in Blue Iris?

Normally I would have done just that, as I did with a previous incident where someone stole packages off my porch. In this case, I need to provide all of my video to the police to show that *nothing* happened at any day or any time. I can't narrow it down. -Keith

Thanks, no I did not rename any cameras. I just have a week's worth where both of my cameras just don't show up in the clip list for some reason then re-appear again. I'm rebuilding the index right now, thanks!

I noticed today that even though I have the .bvr files on my drive and they are playable, they are not showing up on my clip-list. So a few questions: 1. Any idea why this happens? 2. Is there a way to re-build the index so it shows up? Thanks! -Keith
