    Thanks for replying. As far as I can tell there are no privacy blocks and all settings are open like my other apps. This was working last week, it only recently started not connecting. Any other ideas?

    Hi, What would cause the iOS app to not connect to the server while off-site? I don't get a error message it just doesn't connect I am able to login via the web browser so it's not a port forwarding issue. Any ideas? Thx

    Hi, Can I pay one of you guys to log into my instance and tweak the camera settings? I only have 4 cameras. I learned BI about 2 years ago, and ended up loosing that server. I can't really take the time to relearn all the ins and outs too it. The biggest issues I have are the alert clips...
