    Ok, I did a factory reset, but all the accounts are still present. I can access the admin account, but cannot access the 888888 admin account or the other user The FW version must be an older version as it looks MS XPish with the graphics. See the attached photos

    I don't know nor can I find anything on Dahua's website regarding that. Someone at some point I'm sure had to reset one of these due to lost password or being locked out.
