Still getting push notifications, but no longer getting the alert image thumbnail previews in the notification pane (dropdown window)

So in take it you are on BI 5? and now get alert thumbnails on the mobile alert push notification pull down bar?, Issue still present on Bi 4.8

This worked fine until the latest 6/1/21 update on android (3.0.28). Comparing the phone with 3.0.27 side by side with the same alerts and photos only show on the 3.0.27 version. Ever since the update to 3.0.28, i no longer get photos. Don't know how to roll back, but i have 2 phones exactly...

Just another bump. Really annoying to only see half the cam and pixelated a bit. Thanks

I have this same issue on Android and only started happening when i manually rotated the cam 90' for the front door. The Push Notification image is now blurry and only shows the center (not the doorway to see if i have packages or the person there) Anyone have or know of a fix for this?
