Might be my mistake, but already tried the hardware reset with no luck. Followed this procedure: 1. press reset button and hold 2. power off camera POE port from NVR while holding reset button 3. power on camera POE port from NVR 4. keep holding button for 20 seconds and release

Hi all, stumbled across this forum while trying to reset password on Hikvision camera which currently has IP address 192.168.31.108. Plugged the camera to separate POE to be able to see it on SADP. Already submitted file (generated last night) to Hik support and received xml file back today...
