    Latest new IPC-HDW5231R-ZE IPC-HX5X3X-Rhea_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V2.800.0000018.0.R.210707

Thanks for taking the time to reply. So I found out the issue. I ran a continuous ping and saw that it would reply for a bit, then go offline for a bit. Come back online, go offline. Like it was stuck in a reboot loop. At any rate, I used the Dahua config tool to wipe it to factory. To do...

That's definitely something to chase down - I'll try that out. I don't think that's the reason though for two reasons. First, after I reboot the camera is on the network for a very short while (under 60 seconds?) and I can hit it with a port scanner. Soon after that it's off the network...

Shouldn't be. The IP for the camera is assigned using my DHCP server. As long as the camera's MAC address doesn't change, it should get the same IP. Well, unless the firmware wiped all the settings? I don't think that's the case though because I don't even see the camera showing up on my switch.

Loaded this on my IPC-HDW5231R-Z and the camera will no longer stay on the network :-( If I keep rebooting (pulling power) I can get a login page but that only lasts about 5 seconds. Not even enough time to put in my username/password.

Cannot open BlueIris GUI console after setting the service to run as non-Local System account

I'm able to finally load the GUI while BI is running as a service under a user account (not Local System). I'm not sure if it was my restarting the machine a hundred times or the "Require run-as Administrator for the console or when stand-alone" being checked. One of those did the trick...

Cannot open BlueIris GUI console after setting the service to run as non-Local System account

Finally figured out that I couldn't move videos to my NAS since I was running the Blue Iris service a LocalSystem. I created a new user, 'blueiris' and have the Blue Iris service running as that user now. I can connect to BI from my phone and also browse to BI at <IP ADDRESS>:81 in my browser...
