    Our cams are not compatible with smartpss and dahua software i tried all night got nothing! none of these programs works with our cams either just heads up.

    other thing that came to mind is once after you have installed the cam correctly it makes your cam non discoverable through wifi anymore. So if you are stil able to connect to your camera through wifi from your phone and or any other device then you have to go back and reset the camera and do it...
