    Thanks, looks like there were some Abnormal Shutdowns in the last couple of days, but nothing in Description. Any idea what can cause these shutdowns?

    Hi, I have a DS-6700 NVR and when checking footage on a day, I noticed there was a 2 min break in recording. Seems it happened to all the cameras. Is there a way I can check what happened? Sorry if this is a newbie question. Thanks

    Does it work from the nvr itself? I haven't had a chance to hook up a monitor/mouse to it because it's in a different room and was setup for me by the security company. How does motion detection work on the web GUI? Thanks

    Hi, I recently got a DS-76082N-E2 with firmware V3.4.80 setup. I'm trying to set manual intrusion detection which I found called Smart Search, but can't seem to activate it. I can select the option at the bottom and select my rectangular area, but can't seem to figure out how to activate it...

    IVMS-4500 - camera disappears

    Hi, I just had 6 HIKVision 2mp cameras installed with DS-7600 NVR. With the IVMS-4500 app for Android, I noticed one camera disappears, usually when I launch the app or when I swipe between 4 tiles. I can add it again just fine, but would disappear again. Any idea why this might be happening...
