    I pulled the plug AND rebooted from the web interface. No other devices showed signs of a power failure. I also installed a new camera shortly after it happened to keep an eye on the PTZ and haven't had issues since.

    Format is important to me. I’m rarely on my home PC, so I need a mobile-friendly format that allows me to quickly scrub the videos. I tried it with Dahua, and it just didn’t suit my needs, even though it’s clearly a better camera.
