Excellent! I wonder how acceleration got enabled. I wasn't in that tab when the first crash happened so I couldn't even have done it accidentally and it's not enabled by default. Huh. Thanks fenderman.

Since Blue Iris crashes the instant it opens how do you suggest I disable it?

The graphics adapter is the Intel HD 530, 21.20.16.4534 version driver, and as best I can tell you can't disable hardware acceleration on it. I don't even get to the end of the 15 second countdown, it crashes immediately upon loading the live feed, so exporting settings isn't on the table...
