I have partly solved issue with blank screen viewing IP CAMS on VTO6210. I've got HIKVISION IP CAMS DS-2CD2142FWD-IS. After lowering resolution to 1280x720 in camera options(video and audio section), signal appears on VTO6210. When you higer resolution its getting blank. So it solves my problem...
