    Now i feel stupid. i tought the default password was admin and tried that but never checked. it was 12345. now everything works. Thats it now all my cameras work!. thank you guys, you are the real heroes!

    Im getting closer! I downloaded sadp tool again and now i can see hikvision camera! however my ip change was denied but now atleast i can send request to hikvision to give me security code.

    yes. and camera starts up and does that sync rotation thing. it also sends and transmits packets but still cant find it.

    Now that i checked my switch it says its not giving Poe for the camera only data. could that be problem or is it because i have that power supply connected to it. Also shouldnt i be able to use it without power supply because my switch should be able to give more power than what that camera needs
